Website Design Services
We provide a wide range of website design services to our clients. After discussing your needs and your budget, we can customize a solution that best fits your needs. Here is an overview of what we offer:
Multi-Page Custom Website
The Most Effective & Efficient Option
When the budget & timeline are not an issue, we believe this is the optimal way to complete your website project. Ideally, your potential clients should have all your company information and services before they make a purchase. Additionally, this is great for your business in regards to SEO & visibility.
What Is It?
You get a full website featuring multiple pages, including home, service sub-pages, about us, insurance info, main blog page, a few blog posts to start, and more. A complete website contains a lot of useful content for your potential buyers to learn more about your business and really understand the full story of who you are and what you are offering.
Best Fit For?
- Businesses that have flexible budgets to dedicate to the website project.
- It’s important to you that your website is fully functional, with extensive content and features that will benefit your customers.
- You have at least two months before the project needs to be completed.
The Pros & Cons
- Everything will get done at once. This is better for customers as they can develop loyalty towards your company and products faster.
- Great for SEO because Google will have all the content to crawl and rank you accordingly.
- This is more expensive upfront than building a website in phases.
- It usually takes longer than doing a simple landing page.
- Project length: It generally takes 1.5 – 3 months, depending on the scope of work.
Landing Page Website
The affordable & scalable Starter Option
Our landing page will showcase your business and provide potential customers with the essential information they need to make a purchase decision through a single-page website. This approach allows you to build a solid foundation without breaking the bank.
What Is It?
A single-page website that is affordable and built on a solid foundation that can be scaled up down the road.
Best Fit For?
- Businesses that have a small budget for their website project.
- You are looking for a simple website that tells people a little bit about who you are, what you do, and how to get in touch.
- You want to see some results before investing a large chunk of money into the project.
The Pros & Cons
- This is more budget-friendly as you are not dedicating a huge amount of financial resources into the project at once.
- A cool way to build confidence between clients and our agency. We love to show you what we can do and earn your trust.
- It allows business owners to evaluate their site. As the business grows, we can start a monthly retainer to add more pages and content on top of your landing page.
- Less SEO friendly option because we will be pushing out content monthly rather than all at once.
- It’s harder to build brand loyalty with your customers.
- Project length: It usually takes about 20 days – one month to complete a landing page.

Not Sure Which Web Design Package Is the Best Fit?
Both paths will take you to the same result. One is more costly upfront, but you get there faster, while the other is more budget-conscious as we are spreading the work into different phrases.
What Platforms Do We Work With?
We want to keep things easy to understand and not too complicated. In a nutshell, we can use whatever platform you desire if you know exactly what you want and are sure of all the pros and cons of the platform you choose. But if you are a business owner who is not familiar with the tech world, don’t worry. We will recommend the best platform that fits your goals and your business for years to come!
Do You Work With WordPress?
Yes, we do. In fact, WordPress is one of our favorite platforms. Some business owners might believe that WordPress is a platform that produces only cookie-cutter websites. While some web design agencies do build premade themed websites, Ichor only works with custom website projects. So, if we recommend using WordPress, don’t worry. You’ll get something unique and beautiful. Don’t believe us? Check out our case studies, most of which we built using WordPress.
Why is WordPress so Popular?
First of all, WordPress is a content management system (CMS) just like Drupal or Joomla, but with more active users, easy-to-use dashboards, and a ton of resources as it’s free, open-source software. Not to mention the number of plugins that are available to you free or at a very reasonable cost. This allows you to easily add features to your website without breaking the bank. For example, you can use existing plugins to implement memberships, take payments, set up an online shop, and so much more. We build the majority of our websites on WordPress, and every single one of them is unique and custom made for each client. Don’t believe us? Take a look at our case studies.
Why Design Your Website With Us?
The user always comes first. Our websites are easy and intuitive to navigate, which means your visitors are likely to stick around. Good user experience means that your brand and vision are clearly communicated and a much higher conversion rate!
An effective on-site SEO strategy means your website is configured correctly to allow search engines to crawl and index. With time and the right strategy and implementation, search engines will start to rank you for the keywords that matter.
You probably use your phone to find all kinds of information. Well, you’re not alone. You want your website to look good on the most popular device and browsers, so customers can reach you no matter where they look and what browser they use.
The internet is a fast-moving place, and we build our websites with that in mind. The platform we choose will accompany the ability for you to scale up! From adding more service pages or start a blog, to building an online shop, your website is ready for the changes.
What’s Our Website Design Process?
Over the years, we’ve designed a collaborative process that allows our team to deliver a customized website that targets your ideal clients. We also provide the strategy you’ll need to make sure the right people find your new website online. Here’s how we do it:
1. Asset Collection
For us to work as efficiently as possible during your project, we always make sure we collect all the assets during the initial stage of the project. This includes domain and hosting logins, logo files, brand guidelines, any existing branded digital assets, and more. It’s critical to the success of your project to gather all logins and digital assets before the next phrase.
2. Research & Perfect Client Interviews
During this phase, we conduct general market and competitor research to help us better under who your audience is and who your competitors are. Also, depending on the project size and budget, we conduct at least two client interviews to take a deeper look into who your customers are and how to attract more clients like them.
3. Design & Development
We use collected data from the research phase to serve as a general design direction to determine important design elements like color palette, typography choices, etc. When it comes to the actual design, a large part of this phase depends upon your project scope. But don’t worry, we will keep you informed every step of the way.
4. Content Strategy & Creation
We offer this part of the process for clients who are uncomfortable with content creation and writing. We will come up with a general content strategy and a list of content we need for the website. We collect the answers we need through in-person meetings with the clients. We always ask permission and record the meeting so our content writers can go back and generate content accordingly.
We love revisions. Collaboration with the clients is where the real magic happens for us. During this phase, we listen carefully to what our clients have to say with our design and content. We take copious notes on how to update the design to better reflect who you are and provide the information for your potential clients. The number of editing rounds is pre-determined depending on your project budget.
6. On-Site SEO
On-site SEO optimization is fundamental to a successful website design process. For us, this is non-negotiable and should always be included as part of the project scope. What’s the point of designing a beautiful website where no one will ever see, right? During the SEO optimization phrase, we will make sure the technical configuration of your site is done right so your website can be crawled and ranked via search engines.
Our development and quality control teams will work closely during this phase. They will follow our standard pre-launch checklist to ensure your website is error-free, mobile-friendly, and optimized for SEO. Testing form submissions and installing preferred analytics tracking is also part of the process.
During the pre-launch phase, we also work with the business owners to decide a date and time to launch your site with minimal impact on website traffic. Most of our websites launch overnight or during the weekends.
This is the most exciting day of the entire process. Your project is finally done and ready to be shown to the world! Don’t get too excited because there is actually a lot of prep work that goes into launching a website. First of all, we have to make sure all the new files are loaded in the correct hosting account. Secondly, we have to make sure your domain DNS is pointed at the hosting location for the new website files to be displayed. In most cases, the propagation process takes less than an hour, but nothing is guaranteed. Sometimes it can take up to 24-48 hours.
Depending on the size of your project, we usually include up to a week of post-launch debugging, where you can share issues you might be experiencing from the site. We track all the problems reported to us and the actions we take to alleviate the problem. The last step is to schedule a one-hour website editing basic training session with you or your staff who might be managing your website after launch. We offer monthly maintenance plans if you feel more comfortable with us handling your monthly updates, which is an option that many of our clients take.
